SHORYUKEN FLAT WHITE

SHORYUKEN FLAT WHITE

**Shoryuken Flat White**
*Inspired by the iconic "rising dragon punch" move from the Street Fighter series, this flat white will elevate your energy with its robust flavor and silky texture.*

### Ingredients:

1. 2 shots (60ml) of espresso
2. 1 cup of milk (whole milk or any milk of your choice)
3. 1/2 tsp red beet powder (for the rising dragon's fiery hue)
4. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5. 1-2 tsp sweetener of choice (e.g., sugar, honey, agave, or stevia)
6. A pinch of dragon fruit powder or freeze-dried raspberry powder (for a subtle pink hue and fruity twist)
7. Cocoa powder (for garnish)

### Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Espresso:** Brew two shots of espresso into a flat white-sized cup.

2. **Prepare the Red Beet Mixture:** In a small bowl, combine the red beet powder with a little bit of hot water to create a smooth paste. This will give the flat white its fiery dragon color.

3. **Heat & Froth the Milk:** In a saucepan or with a steam wand, heat the milk. For a flat white, you want the milk to have a silky, velvety microfoam rather than the stiff foam of a cappuccino.

4. **Flavor the Milk:** Add the red beet mixture, dragon fruit or raspberry powder, vanilla extract, and your chosen sweetener to the milk. Stir well until everything is combined and the milk adopts a gorgeous, fiery pink hue.

5. **Pour & Combine:** Slowly pour the milk over the espresso, allowing the microfoam to meld with the coffee. The result should be a creamy, harmonious blend of coffee and milk.

6. **Garnish:** Using a stencil of the Shoryuken move or simply free-handing it, sprinkle cocoa powder on the surface of the flat white. This represents the earthy impact of the move.

7. **Serve & Enjoy** your Shoryuken Flat White and feel the rise of energy!

*Note:* Adjust the beet powder, dragon fruit/raspberry powder, and sweetener to suit your taste. The key is to capture the essence of the Shoryuken with its fierce color, strong coffee base, and creamy texture!
